Where do I find my tracking code?
Your tracking code is given to you when your delivery is booked. It looks like SR-AB12-CD34. If you can't find it, contact our team.
My code says "not found". What should I do?
Check for typos, for example a letter in place of a number. Codes are not case-sensitive. If it still fails, the shipment may not be registered yet, so contact us.
How often is tracking updated?
Your status is updated whenever your package reaches a new stage. Come back to this page anytime for the latest update.
What if my package is delayed or on hold?
The shipment history shows a note explaining the reason. For urgent questions, reach out to our team using the contact options below.
